This is from organic searches only, we have done zero advertising / promoting as our site has been given a total overhaul. For a paid advert, from just £1 per week, this would have offered excellent value for money and the potential to increase your volume of enquiries. Once we get promoting, just imagine the number of site visits, we will achieve. Don't forget the exclusive social media benefits. Unique Visitor means someone who hasn't visited the site before, or not from current IP address. This gives a much more transparent and honest number of visitors, rather than simply counting total visits, which would include returning visitors and just inflate the figures.

Advertising with us is very straightforward. After initial contact and your agreement to advertise, you send us your payment, your space is then reserved. You will need to sign up to our renewal direct debit, you can cancel this at anytime, there is no obligation to renew. Renewal payment to be taken in about 11 months time. Advertising is for a full 12 months, renewal is simply to ensure you keep your space and notify us when your renewal is due. You can cancel this at any time but we will not refund any payment made, your exclusive space will not be reserved, on renewal, if payment has not been made. You are under no obligation to renew, but we believe you will want to.

Any advertiser on a free, no catches, trial advert, WILL NOT be required to give any payment details or sign a renewal payment option.

Advertising with us is straightforward, our pricing structure the same. Our advertising rates are currently just £50 for a full year of advertising. Any promotions will always be honoured, so if you pay £50 for a year, you will not pay anything more until renewal, however our intentions are to not increase prices, we truly want to always offer excellent value for money along with limited advertisers, giving each the best chance to increase their revenue.

We will request you to send exactly what you want your advert to say and any images you wish to use. We will then create your micro site, this is your advert page. The more you say, the more details you give, the better your advert is likely to perform. We can offer a writing service, if this is something you are not sure about, our writing service might be chargeable, usually around £25. Once you are happy, future ammendments may incur an admin charge, but, other than that and of course your next year renewal, there are NO FURTHER COSTS TO YOU. Please feel free to contact and ask us anything you are not 100% sure about. You are under no commitment until you have made your first payment.

Free ads will show your contact number, paid ads can show your number plus any website and social media links. We reserve the right to withdraw our free advertising offer at anytime, likewise remove any free ads that currently feature.

Paid ads and their current offers will always be fully honoured for the full term paid for. Paid adverts will always feature above free ads, on a first to book basis.

Currently, the maximum charge for a full 12 months advertising, is just £50.00 We have no intentions of increasing this, to our previous full cost, for the foreseeable future. Our intention is to charge no more than £50 per year. We intend to only offer affordable advertising, with no more than 6 advertisers per section.
